Your document should be saved in MS Word or a compatible format and attached to your mail message.
You can expect to receive a response via E-mail within two college business days so be sure to check for messages after you submit a question. The Writing Center Lab Instructors are not responsible for class deadlines or due dates. If you have not received a response to your request, please contact Sandra Keneda, Humanities 108, 733-7384.
After submitting an assistance request, you may receive a follow-up message via E-mail from a lab instructor requesting more details about the question or assignment. Always keep a back-up copy of your paper.
The Writing Lab Instructors will not edit, proofread, or grade submissions but will answer specific questions and point out areas that need work so that you can make desired changes. The lab instructors may also refer you to writing software and tutorials available in the Writing Center on campus, the Learning Resources Center, and the Cyber Café. Students who need weekly tutoring sessions will be referred to Tutoring Services.
