Supervisors' Training Program

and the

Employee Leadership Program

- To prepare and support Tinker Air Force Base Air Logistics Center employees in taking their next carrer step by providing leadership and supervision classes specifically designed for the employees of the Tinker Air Force Base Air Logistics Agency.
- To open the doors to higher education by providing a step toward an associate degree through the nine classes of the Supervisors’ Training Program which are offered for 15 credit hours. (Link to degree program)
- To provide avenues at each level by articulating the associate degree for seamless transferability to specific bachelor degree programs from identified four-year colleges and universities.

The Tinker Leadership Program was developed to address nine core competency identified by the Tinker Air Force Base Air Logistics Center to help employees develop supervision and leadership competencies as the Air Logistics Center moves through the new transformation.

General Information to Pursue a Degree

• Application for Admission can be completed at the Administration Building on campus or the Base Education Office, Building 201. (To continue taking classes after the completion of the STP or ELP program.)
