Whether you're thinking about beginning a new business or you're already in business, assistance is available through the Rose State College Oklahoma Small Business Development Center.
The OSBDC Network offers free and low-cost training via our spectrum of workshops, conferences, and quality, affordable management seminars geared toward you. The OSBDC Network provides assistance with:
- business plans and business planning
- management and technical support
- market research and market identification
- international trade
- production and inventory control
- government procurement
- general management for retail, service and manufacturing

Creation of a small business "Enterprise Center" is being considered for Eastern Oklahoma County. The Enterprise Center would be a business incubator that helps small businesses (including start ups and existing firms) be more successful.
To help us decide if the Enterprise Center is a good idea for Eastern Oklahoma County, and whether it should have a broad or narrow focus, we would like your opinion.

The Small Business Development Center office is located in the Professional Training and Education Center at 1720 Hudiburg Drive. Our hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and most Federal Holidays. For those unable to use the Center during normal business hours, special arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis.
