Small Business Development Center
Whether you're thinking about beginning a new business or you're
already in business, assistance is available through the Rose
State College Oklahoma Small Business Development Center.
The OSBDC Network offers free and low-cost training via our spectrum
of workshops, conferences, and quality, affordable management seminars
geared toward you. The OSBDC Network provides assistance with:
- troubleshooting
- management and technical support
- business planning
- market research
- market identification
- business plans
- international trade
- production and inventory control
- cash flow analysis
- general management for retail, service and manufacturing

The Small Business Development Center office is located in the
Tom Steed Center for Career Development, Room 200. Our hours are
8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends
and most Federal Holidays. For those unable to use the Center during
normal business hours, special arrangements can be made on a case-by-case
basis.
