As an educational and public service institution, Rose State College (RSC) recognizes its responsibility to promote a productive learning and work environment. In addition, student and employee safety is of paramount concern. In order to meet its responsibilities the College has established a Drug-Free Campus Policy. The policy, in accordance with applicable federal and state law, outlines the circumstances drug and alcohol testing of employees may be conducted. The policy, in its entirety, is located in RSC's Policies and Procedures Manual, Thirty First Revision.
