If you are selected for employment with Rose State College, you must report to the Human Resources Office on or before the first day you report to work to fill out an Employment Eligibility Verification Form (form I-9), which verifies employment eligibility to work in the United States in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. You must bring with you two forms of identification that show proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States. The documents must be original with no signs of alteration or tampering.
Below is a list of acceptable documents in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. You must bring one document from List A OR one document from both List B and List C. If you do not have the necessary documents, you should begin to obtain them immediately. The law allows only 3 business days from your first day of employment to present a receipt that shows you applied for the needed document(s). This is federal law and we must comply.
