RESEARCH PAPER TOPICS Extra credit or bonus points could be earned by writing a research paper. If electing to write a paper, it should be approximately 5 typewritten, double-spaced pages with no fewer than 4 references. This can include sources from the Internet, books and magazine articles. If you know HTML, you could present this on a Web site for the whole class to enjoy. I will help you with the graphics and the format. However, I will not write the code for you. You will be given a letter grade for your paper, and I will average this grade in with your four other letter grades. It does not replace one of the test grades or the journal grade. It is "in addition" to them and optional.The topics are related to artists covered in the last third of our class. You are to compare an artist from the 15th century with one in the 16th century. Discuss their background, their artistic styles, examples of their works and how the earlier artist may have influenced the later one. Select from the group of artists below. "S" is Sculpture, "P" is Painting, and "A" is Architecture.
