Dear Global Oklahoma Supporter:
Greetings! You're invited to be an exhibitor at the 25th annual Global Oklahoma-a festival of cultures, at Rose State College in Midwest City on Saturday, September 28, 2013. The free festival increases awareness and understanding of the many nationalities and cultures which are part of Oklahoma, and provides a setting for the community to get better acquainted. We anticipate more than 4,000 in attendance. Activities include exhibits, live entertainment, food children's activities, and more! The festival hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
We would like to have as many aspects of your culture represented as possible, so we hope you will bring an exhibit, artwork, a display, game or sport, or a live performance that will entertain and educate our guests about your country or culture.
There are no fees or charges for exhibit space, and we do not take a commission on sales. We provide tables, chairs, a sign, and assistance with set up. If you are planning to sell items at the festival, we will need your Oklahoma Sales Tax permit number in advance for the Oklahoma Tax Commission. To protect the integrity of the festival experience, all exhibits must be manned for the entire festival.
