The musical, which premiered in 2016 at the Todd Wehr Theater in Milwaukee and Portland's Newmark Theatre, concerns Brooke and Zeke, who are starring in a mysterious show called The Phantom and are not frightened by the old legend that the play is cursed. When strange messages start appearing and a masked menace disrupts rehearsals, they begin to wonder if there is a ghost haunting their school, determined to stop the show. Rated PG

A Christmas Carol is a ghost of a tale about the mean-spirited Ebenezer Scrooge—a businessman who believes charity promotes idleness and the poor should be left to die. In one spirited night after receiving visits from his dead business partner, and the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future—Scrooge awakes to the realization he’s been given a second chance to correct his mean and surly disposition toward humanity and Christmas. Britain's master farceur ( Two Into One, Run For Your Wife, et al. ) is at it again. Set in a hospital, It Runs in the Family contains the usual assortment of farcical nuts running in and out of doors mistaking everybody for someone else, as Dr. Mortimore tries to fend off a paternity suit, an ex wife, a punkish son and various other lunatics so that he may, at last, deliver the Ponsonby Lecture in an international conference. Rated PG

Admission is free for Rose State students, staff and senior citizens, $5 for other students and $7 for the general public. Pricing excludes the Hudiburg Chevrolet Performing Arts Center. The box office opens one hour prior to curtain on performance dates. Reservations can be picked up and paid for by cash or check on the night of the performance. Unless noted otherwise, theatre productions take place in the H.B. Atkinson Theatre, building number 10 on the map.
