A conscientious recruitment effort is exerted in the process of hiring faculty, administrators, and support staff. The Human Resources Office is a department within the President's area. The department is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring employment procedures for faculty, staff, and student and non-student part-time positions that are consistent with the College-wide program of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
