A conscientious recruitment effort is exerted in the process of hiring faculty, administrators, and support staff. Our hiring process is designed to obtaining the most diverse applicant pool possible.

The Human Resources Office is a department within the President's area. The department is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring employment procedures for faculty, staff, and student and non-student part-time positions that are consistent with the College-wide program of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
