The Intramural Program is part of student life on campus.  The goal of the program is to provide every student the opportunity to participate in activities regardless of their skill level.  The intramural program gives its participants the pleasure of competitive sports and also supplies the benefits of physical activity, companionship, and planned recreation.  Students owe it to themselves to take advantage of the intramural program for the obvious personal benefits to be gained.

Registration Information

Rose State College Recreational Activities are designed to give individuals the opportunity to engage in physical activities that are out of the norm. Rose State College realizes we are a commuter college and individuals come and go on a regular basis. Recreational activities are offered here to be an escape from the everyday pattern where most students find themselves. If you see an activity you find interesting and you wish to participate, come by the Wellness Center front desk in the lobby. The front desk employee will be able to give you the information sheet as well as the sign-up sheet of each of the sporting activities we are offering for the current school year.

Registration/Entry Fees
Currently there are no registration or entry fees for any of the sporting activities. However, if a planned event is not being held on campus there is a possibility to have a ‘usage fee’ associated with that specific activity to help pay for the usage of the specific facility.

Forfeits
Game time is forfeit time! Any individual that arrives 1 minute after the official start time of their scheduled event will forfeit their scheduled game. Do not be late to any of your competitions.

Participation Restrictions
All individuals wanting to participate in any Recreational Activities must be either a current student or a current Faculty/Staff member. There are no exceptions to this policy.
