Music Club Constitution
Preamble
We, the students of the Rose State College Music Club, strive to promote all student participation in the contribution and enjoyment of their musical abilities/talents
Purpose
To promote Music at Rose State College and provide an outlet for all students interested in Music.
Article 1
Membership shall be any Rose State student or faculty member interested in Music.
Article 2
Meetings will be held every Thursday at 2:05 pm in room CC128, unless otherwise noted, to keep the Rose State Music Club members up-to-date on current matters.
Article 3
There are six officers:
a) President: will conduct meetings and club business.
b) Vice President: will conduct meetings in the absence of the President and assists in club business.
c) Treasure: will conduct meetings in the absence of booth President and Vice President. Will handle all financial matters with the approval of the President and club members.
d) Secretary: will conduct meetings in the absence of President, Vice President, and Treasure. Will keep detailed minutes of all meetings and all in attendance.
e) Historian: will keep written records of club events and activities.
f) Web Page Design: responsible of maintaining the club web page.
Article 4
Any amendments to this constitution must be approved by two-thirds vote of the organization.
Article 5
All financial matters must be approved by a majority vote of club membership before allotments can be made
