Rose State has many options that support working adults, including online classes, evening classes, and hybrid classes, which are delivered part on-campus and part online. Rose State also offers the traditional 16 week semester AND 2, 4, and 8 week class sessions as well.
Oklahoma's Reach Higher Program
Reach Higher is an Oklahoma program designed to support working adults who want to finish an associate degree. You choose a "home institution" from among 14 Oklahoma schools, of which Rose State College is one. Using your existing college credits, our program coordinator will help you develop a personalized degree completion plan that will work with your schedule. Given the credits you have already acquired, you may be much closer to a degree than you realize!
The degree available at Rose State through this specific program is an Associate in Arts General Studies degree. To qualify for the program, you must:
- Have at least 18 hours of college credit.
- A 2.0 GPA from previous college credit.
- Have completed all required remedial coursework, if applicable.

As part of this program you will have one-on-one advisement, flexible enrollment periods year round, one stop mentoring and problem solving, and on-campus and online options to fit your schedule.
