Small Business Operations [Associate in Applied Science]
An entrepreneur is a person who starts and/or operates a
business. They are risk takers who provide an impetus
for change, innovation, and economic progress. They invest
their time, money, expertise, and personnel reputation in the
venture or opportunity that they get involved with.
The payoff of being an entrepreneur include, profit potential,
being your own boss (independence), and enjoying a satisfying life
(personal fulfillment).
In Small Business Management whether you are on owner, manager,
or employee you will need to understand the importance of a Business
Plan.
