Welcome to the Office of Admissions.

Rose State College is a state-supported, two-year institution with an "open-door" admissions policy. Any graduate of an accredited high school or nongraduate whose high school class has graduated is eligible for admission.

Concurrent high school and English as a second language students must contact the Office of Admission and Records for entrance requirements. For information, call 405-733-7308.

Services

• Process student applications for college admission and make referrals for academic advisement.
• Assess academic transcripts.
• Verify immigration status for international students.
• Assess residency status of students enrolling in the Oklahoma System of Higher Education.
• Process applications for graduation.
• Process credit for advanced standing; i.e., College Level Examination Program (CLEP), Defense Activity Program for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES), Advanced Placement Program (APP), etc.
• Process high school concurrent enrollment.

Transcripts

You can now print "Official Transcripts" on your own from the kiosk in the lobby of the Administration Building. There is no waiting in line and it is very easy. All you need is your Student ID Number and your Password. If you need assistance, Admissions staff is there to help.
If you are unable to visit the RSC Campus, you can use the Transcript Request Form below.
