The singing group Three Mo’ Tenors will perform Tuesday, December 6 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rose State College Performing Arts Theatre as a part of Rose State Live.
The tenors of Three Mo' Tenors developed a musical repertoire with astonishing breadth. They mastered not only operatic music, but also jazz, blues, soul, Broadway, Rock, New School, World, Gospel and Spirituals as well. Three Mo' Tenors showcases the extraordinary versatility of African-American tenors. Their performance features nine more musical styles that span four hundred years of music — all in one entertaining evening. Three Mo' Tenors is on a mission to showcase the power and vitality of the classically-trained African-American tenor’s leading role in the classical music area. Three Mo' Tenors is a story about the history and the future of exceptional Black tenors who deserve to be heard.
