Vocal Oklahomans In Civic Engagement
at Rose State College
The purpose of the Vocal Oklahomans for Civic Engagement shall be to serve as a non- partisan forum for the students of Rose State College; promote the idea of civic engagement within the college and community; welcome members of all political ideologies; encourage discussion and debate; participate in the democratic process, and aid members in attaining the skills and experience to flourish within the political and social sciences community.
