Even though you’re an online student, you can still enroll in study abroad trips. I enrolled in the Italy-Croatia trip. I booked the trip through Rose State and was able to meet other students and alumni.

The Film Studies and Digital Media (FSDM) program at Rose State College partnered with Kids College/Teen Scene to deliver the Future Filmmaker Class, an immersive, fast-paced experience that guided students through the complete filmmaking process.
During last summer’s session, students collaborated to write, produce, and complete a short film in just three days. They created “The Not So Cheesy Mystery,” which showcased their creativity, teamwork, and storytelling skills. The film gained recognition beyond the classroom, earned selection at several local film festivals, and received an Award Winner title at the Oklahoma Teen Film Festival, hosted by the University of Central Oklahoma. The festival took place Saturday, March 28, on UCO’s campus in Edmond.

Rose State College, in partnership with Community Health Centers of Oklahoma, is proud to announce the opening of Raider Care, a new healthcare clinic located in the Raider Care & Resource Center. Raider Care will officially open to patients on April 6, 2026, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for 1 PM on April 15 during Spring Fling.
Raider Care expands access to convenient, affordable, and high-quality healthcare for both Rose State students and the surrounding community. The clinic provides comprehensive services, including primary care, lab work, case management, and Healthy Start support programs. Services are available to patients of all ages, reinforcing the college’s commitment to community wellness.
“This partnership reflects our mission to support student success and strengthen the health of our community,” said Rose State College President Travis Hurst. “By bringing accessible healthcare directly to campus, Raider Care removes barriers and ensures more people receive the care they need.”
