It only takes one storm to change a community forever. 

Now Rose State College offers the opportunity for students to learn from experts with years of experience in analyzing, planning for, responding to and recovering from disasters. Curriculum is embedded with real-world experiences to ensure quality training for the next generation of emergency managers. The program goal is to ensure those tasked with making our communities more resilient from all hazards know the tools to mitigate threats that pose the greatest risk.
