Black Male Initiative Summit

The RSC organization Brothers and Sisters in Action, Rose State College G.R.A.D Center and The Office of Degree Completion and Student Retention invite you to attend the Black Male Initiative Summit.

Theme:

“Reviving Our Roots: The Cultivation of African-Americans in Education” Rose State College will host our first summit to provide a forum for Black men to discuss the role of history in today’s America. The Rose State College GRAD Office will unveil their new mentoring program for African American males.

This conference targets African American males along with the Rose State College mentoring program. If students are interested in mentoring or being a mentee, but cannot attend the event they can contact our office at 405-733-7332 or email ealvarez@rose.edu.

Admission is free to all RSC students and faculty. For Non-RSC attendees, the cost of registration is $15.00. Payment is cash, money orders must be made out to (Brothers and Sisters in Action organization). Day of the event there will be an electronic card reader available at the door.
