The Tinker Air Force Base Office of Rose State is designed to provide educational assistance to military active duty servicemen and women and their family members, DOD employees, Air and Army National Guard, Reserve Forces and retired military.

New Student Information

On-Base Enrollment Categories

The following categories can be accepted for enrollment:

Active Duty Military Personnel (all branches)
Reserve Personnel (all branches)/ National Guard Personnel (all branches)
DoD Civilian Personnel
Adult Family Members of Active Duty Military Personnel*
Military Retirees*

In the event that it becomes necessary to restrict enrollment due to class size, the above priority will apply.
*Spouse or child(ren) that have not attained the age of twenty-three (23) and are enrolled in a full-time course of study.

Tuition Assistance (TA)

Each branch of the military processes TA in a different manner. Please ensure you are aware of the procedures and deadlines for filing TA with your particular service. Air Force students apply for TA online by logging into the Air Force Portal. DoD civilians apply for Civilian Tuition Assistance (CTAP) by contacting the 72nd Mission Support Squadron at (405) 739-5471.

Students must request tuition assistance for each course and enrollment period. Tuition assistance must be reaccomplished whenever students initiate any schedule changes.
