Tinker Federal Civic Leaders Scholarship (also noted in Military/Civilian scholarships)
Thanks to an annual financial commitment from Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU), Rose State College created the TFCU Civic Leaders Program. This is the first RSC program focused on Tinker Air Force Base military spouses as well as the adult student population in Eastern Oklahoma County. The program is an intense leadership development program that includes character training, communication skills, teamwork, and much more. Five scholarships are available for the spouses of active duty military members stationed at Tinker Air Force Base holding the rank of E-1 to E-6, and five scholarships are available for non-military adults; age 24 and older.
