Rose State College (RSC) is pleased to welcome students, faculty, and staff back to campus for the Spring 2025 semester. The semester began with a historic moment as President Jeanie Webb delivered her 24th and final convocation address ahead of her planned retirement in July 2025.

President Webb, who has served as Rose State’s president for the past 12 years and dedicated 43 years to the college, delivered an address filled with inspiration and reflection. She celebrated the college's many achievements, recognized the contributions of faculty, staff, and students, and shared her vision for the institution’s future.

In her remarks, President Webb expressed heartfelt gratitude to the RSC community for their unwavering support throughout her tenure.
As the semester begins, RSC touts a 5% increase in enrollment compared to Spring 2024. RSC remains committed to providing students with exceptional educational opportunities and a supportive learning environment.

“We are excited to embark on another semester of academic success and personal growth,” said President Webb. “Thank you to our students, faculty, and staff for making Rose State a remarkable place to learn and grow. Let’s make this semester one to remember.”
