How To Enroll

By Phone

Valid for credit card enrollments only. Call (405) 733-7351.

In Person

Cash, check, or credit card enrollments accepted. Stop by the Wellness Center office — located in the Health & Physical Education building — Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Enter through the south doors and enroll in the Wellness Center lobby.

Senior Discount 60+

Senior students 60+ receive $10 off the class fee. Please tell the person enrolling that you are a senior so they may apply the discount.

General Information

Current Credit Students, Faculty, Staff, Adjuncts & Retirees 

Go to the Wellness Center Information Desk and complete a Membership Application, a Participant Information Form and a Waiver of Liability. Students, faculty and staff must have a valid Rose State College ID card and have it encoded at the main lobby entrance.

Individual Community Memberships

Community classes and memberships to our Aquatic & Wellness Center facilities may be purchased through the Aquatic & Wellness Center office, located in the Health & Physical Education Building Lobby. The cost for adults 18-59 is $85 for the fall or spring semester; $23 for the summer semester. For seniors 60+, the cost is $57 for fall or spring semester or $15 for summer semester. A parking permit and ID can be purchased for $10 (paid only at the initial semester of membership).  Senior students, 60+, look for the fee with the S to see the price for a senior student.

Parking Decal

Students taking classes on the Rose State College Campus are required to have an official parking decal for their car. Decals may be purchased at the time you enroll for $5. Decals may be transferred from car to car.

Student ID

Students enrolling in courses will need to obtain an official Rose State College student ID card prior to the beginning of class. ID cards may be purchased at the time you enroll for $5. A receipt will then be given out, and the student will be sent to the Student Services building to have their picture taken. Students enrolling in classes that are found in the PeopleSoft System under a different last name, must take their original marriage license, divorce decree, or death certificate to the Admissions office to have the name changed. Once your name has been changed you may go to the Student Services building to take your Student ID picture. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Closure of Campus

In the event that Rose State College closes for any reason, classes will be cancelled and not made up. No refunds will be given.

Canceled Classes

Rose State College reserves the right to change any schedule or cancel any course that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements. If a cancellation or change occurs, our staff will contact you via the telephone number you provided at the time of registration. Please be sure to always leave your most current phone number.

Dropping a Course

To withdraw from a course and receive a full refund, you must email Randee Milam,, or call 405-733-7351 and notify the staff member before the start of the second class. No refunds will be issued after the second class meeting.

Receiving Your Refund

Credit card refunds post back to your card within 2-4 weeks. Please also allow 4-6 weeks for reimbursement of payments made by cash or check. If you have an outstanding balance on your account, the refund amount will automatically apply to the unpaid balance. To receive a refund from the State of Oklahoma, the student's social security number is required.
