Returning Rose State College students and transfer students are invited to apply for a $500 Rose State College tuition waiver for use in the spring 2016 semester. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

Applicants should have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA and have completed at least one semester of college.  Returning Rose State students and transfer students are invited to apply.  Applicants must be a resident of Oklahoma and recipients will be required to enroll in three credit hours or more for spring 2016.
