New Partnership to benefit Transfer Students from Rose State CollegePartnership with National University for Paralegal Studies Program

Rose State College (Rose State) and National University (NU) have developed a partnership to promote educational attainment and degree completion for students interested in obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies. The new partnership between Rose State and NU includes an articulation agreement that maps NU’s foundation paralegal courses to equivalencies identified at Rose State.

“This partnership with National University will streamline the transfer experience for Rose State students choosing to expand their paralegal studies by earning a Bachelor of Science degree at NU,” Rose State College Dean of the Division of Business and Information Technology Dr. Charles DeSassure said. “This is the latest in a growing list of partnerships formed to promote educational attainment and degree completion for Rose State students.”

Students who have successfully completed 45 quarter units in equivalent transfer courses at Rose State can enroll in NU’s paralegal studies program after completing NU’s application process and meeting the admissions policies. Through this partnership, NU has built upon Rose State’s coursework and is offering a tuition reduction scholarship to put academic goals within reach.

After completing a transferable associate degree and GE core curriculum at Rose State, students will be eligible for a 25% tuition discount scholarship. They can then transition to one of NU’s transfer pathways, including the Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies Pathway.

In addition to the National University partnership, Rose State has partnerships with the University of Central Oklahoma, Southwestern University, the University of North Texas at Dallas and more.
