This curriculum is structured to be flexible with a la carte course options that promote the development of a skilled workforce. 

These courses aim to empower community members with the opportunity to acquire essential job training and education that meet their needs and interests. By offering this adaptable learning approach, Rose State seeks to cater to the diverse needs of learners, ensuring accessibility and relevance in today's dynamic job market. Community Health Worker
