RSC Health Sciences Programs: Application Deadlines to Be Aware Of Published February 21, 2023

Rose State College offers a variety of different programs within the Health Sciences division. With many of these programs being highly sought after, it’s important to know and keep in mind the different application deadlines for each program. Planning ahead and giving yourself ample time to complete the application process is crucial to give yourself the highest chance at being admitted.

Dental Assisting:

Admission to the Dental Assisting professional courses is by a special application procedure. The only entry to the professional courses is the fall semester of each year. Specific instructions are provided on the official application available March 1 through May 15th.

Health Information Management (HIM):

Admission to the Health Information Management Program professional courses is by a special application procedure. The only entry to the professional courses is the fall of each year. The application period has been extended to February 1 through April 15th.

HIM Coding Specialist:

For admission, students must apply to the college and have all transcripts on file with Admissions.  You will not need to attach copies of transcripts with your application.  You will need to have a degree audit done if you are using credits from out-of-state.  Contact Admissions@rose.edu or 405-733-7308 to confirm all transcripts are on file, or to ask about having a degree audit done for out-of-state credits to be used for this program. The application period for this for this program has been extended to February 1 through April 15th.

Medical Laboratory Technology:

Admission to the Medical Laboratory Technology professional courses is by a special application procedure. The only entry to the professional courses is the fall of each year. The application period is February 1 through May 15th.

Radiologic Technology Program:
