Conference & Event Services

Community Learning Center

The Community Learning Center is available for rental Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The center has Wi-Fi capabilities throughout the entire building and free coffee is provided.  An on-site conference site assistant and computer support services are available. Auditorium

Capacity of 190 people. Rates: $300 for full day, $175 for half day. Wireless lapel microphone and handheld microphones are available in the auditorium.

Standard Classroom

Capacity ranges from 18 to 36 depending on the room rented. Rates: $120 for full day, $60 for half day. Classroom equipment includes: Dell computer with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010, ceiling mounted projector, white board with markers and a flip chart stand (paper not included). Snack and soda vending machines are available on the second floor.

Computer Lab

Capacity of 20 people. Rates: $360 for full day, $205 for half day. Lab equipment includes 20 Dell computers with Windows 7. Snack and soda vending machines are available on the second floor.

Conference Room

Capacity of 18 people. Rates: $80 for full day, $40 for half day. Lab equipment includes 20 Dell computers with Windows 7. Snack and soda vending machines are available on the second floor.
