Rose State College to Host Run For the Roses Derby to Support Scholarships Published April 27, 2022

Event benefits students in need of financial assistance.

WHAT: The Rose State College Foundation invites the public to enjoy a night filled with live music, food and games. Participants are invited to show support as they Run for the Roses towards the Winner’s Circle in support of student scholarships at Rose State College.

Along with the College support, the Rose State College Foundation donors currently provide more than 400 student scholarships each semester. This academic year, students have benefitted from more than $260,250 in Rose State College Foundation Scholarships. These scholarships include those associated with the Rose State College Leadership Scholarship program as well as many division-specific, military and general scholarships.

Derby hats and ties are encouraged. Individual tickets: $60, Table of Eight: $600.
