Students may request transcripts in person, by fax or by mail. There is no charge for transcripts, however, there is a limit of 10 transcripts per student per day unless the transcripts are being sent to specific individual addresses. Students with Office of Business Affairs holds, defaulted loans or Office of Admissions and Records holds cannot be processed until all holds have been cleared.
In Person: Students may request transcripts at the Admissions and Records counter in person during normal working hours. The transcript request form must be filled out and proper ID presented before the transcript request will be processed.
Fax: Students must include name, social security number (or student ID number), date of birth, current address, dates of attendance, number of transcripts requested and the address to which the transcript(s) are to be mailed and a signature. Transcript requests will not be processed without a signature. Send the fax request to (405) 736-0309.
Mail: The same information that must be included with a faxed request must be included with a mailed request. Mailed requests must include a signature. Send the mail request to:

Kiosks: You can now print Official Transcripts on your own from the kiosk in the lobby of the Administration Building. There is no waiting in line and all you need is your Student ID number and your password. If you need assistance, Admissions staff is there to help.
